Where approved, GigCourses AI tools can help you sketch a Course, Class, Meeting, Assignment, exam, or supporting curriculum. Your experience and judgment remain central: an instructor or designated reviewer must review and approve AI-assisted content before it is published. GigCourses remains the system of record.
Get paid according to the work you take on
Each assignment explains what work is covered, how completion is recognized, and how compensation is calculated. Depending on the program, compensation may be commission-based, hourly, hybrid, royalty-based, or another approved structure. Approval opens access but does not guarantee an assignment, rate, learner count, or earnings.
Follow your path from work to payment
Projected — An estimate of potential future earnings.
Earned — The applicable work or milestone has been completed.
Held — An earning exists, but another requirement or exception still needs to be resolved.
Payable / Available — The earning has been made available through OwlPay.
Processing — The payout is moving through the payment process.
Paid — Settlement has been confirmed.
Payable is not the same as paid. A payment is complete only after settlement is confirmed.
Get paid through OwlPay
When eligible compensation is ready, it moves through OwlPay and the approved payout workflow. Where enabled for your account and program, OwlPay can support scheduled or automated payouts to ACH, Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal accounts.

Use learner contact information, submissions, grades, attendance, and GigCourses materials only for assigned educational work.
Public instructor profiles are separate from private onboarding, payout, agreement, and learner information; only information designated for your public profile should be visible to learners.

Does approval guarantee teaching work?
No. Approval opens access to an instructor profile and approved scope; individual engagements are offered separately and depend on program needs, fit, and availability.
Can I propose a Course or topic?
Yes. Bring us a practical skill, Course, Class, Meeting, Assignment, exam, or curriculum idea. We review proposals for subject fit, learner need, quality, safety, and readiness.
What delivery formats are available?
Opportunities may be online, in person, or hybrid. Schedules depend on the Course, Class, school, and program, with possible night and weekend options.
When do I get paid?
Your assignment terms explain when compensation becomes earned and payable. Required delivery, attendance, progress, approval, or other milestones must be satisfied before payout.
How do I provide payout information?
Complete payout setup through OwlPay or its approved payout-provider onboarding. Where enabled, scheduled or automated payouts may be sent to ACH, Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal. The public application should never collect bank credentials, payment-provider secrets, Social Security numbers, or equivalent financial identifiers.
